  2. I got two new proposals for the Q38 and Q64 Q38: Split Q88 takes on Eliot Avenue Portion From Middle Village Train Station to QCM Q67 takes over Q38 route to Forest Hills From Eliot Avenue to Forest Hills. This Creates a route from LIC to Forest Hills. Current Q67 will not be affected north of Eliot Avenue. However between Eliot Avenue and Juniper Valley Road, service will be discontinued Q67 operates every other bus the full route weekends. Most buses will operate between Middle Village and Forest Hills, every 30 minutes. Service to LIC remains 60 minutes weekends. Current Q38 riders using the 38 from one side to another, transfer at Middle Village Q64: Extended to Oakland Gardens For more of my proposals, please click the link below https://maps.google.com/maps/ms?msid=204750700533050976010.0004c0e6e61c74d738c94&authuser=0&msa=19&vps=2&hl=en&ie=UTF8
  3. Please see my Proposals in the Queens Proposal Thread on the Q64 and Q38
  4. Next: An falls from the Rockaway Blvd Bridge onto Dead end 97 street. A fire started since the fuel exploded. The branches are affected since the fire is now in both levels. Also a mysteriously disappears from 149 to 135 street.
  5. By the time the Q23 reaches Union Tpkr, it will bunch in pairs of 3 by the other side of the overpass. Meanwhile, 88 street makes these delays less. The 23 is already delayed by the Lights on Queens Blvd, and I constantly see pairs of two by Queens Blvd. However, Weekends, the buses tend to come in pairs of 2 for some reason at times. The delays Are solved on 88, and Bascially what I've said earlier Besides, that's the detours when a "gridlock" in Woodhaven Blvd. That jasent happened before, but it may happen anytime. I was on the 53 the other day, and there was a 23 in front. The bus took too long the get to the left lane, and as a result, the Q53 was delayed, and we had to wait for the next light. On top of that, a Q11 and BM5 were in back. This doesn't only make congestion it's own line. It creates a conga line when it's congested to the peak
  6. I would say keep to n80 rush hours and n81 weekdays only
  7. 1. Well 88 street will be a faster route than Woodhaven, even though it's not the shortest in terms of mileage. Besides, people along 88 street have at least some sort if transportation 2. Some buses take up to ten minutes when ts hell between Metro and Union Tpkr, which is one fifth of the routes schedule. Run it on 88 street and the bus will be faster than on Woodhaven
  8. MICE UPDATE: The NICE Service Changes will be announced on June 20-21 on their website and on buses. So far, nobody except for Mango and Schmitt know about the service changes. They also said the n80/n81 will be affected anywhere from little to nothing on this round of service changes
  9. It would go : 71 Avenue, right on Metro, slight left on Cooper, then left on 88, left on Union to the crescent apts. Also, I would make the QM12 run on copper from Yellostone, and follow the Q23 route from 88 street when it goes toward Queens, instead of walking to Woodhaven Blvd to a subway. I would also eliminate the loop of the 2 routes by going on 88 street. Woodhaven is congested enough. Although its a shorter path , it's not the quickest path It would go : 71 Avenue, right on Metro, slight left on Cooper, then left on 88, left on Union to the crescent apts. 10. I would reroute it Down 88 street. It's a wide street with no current bus route along it.
  11. I mean it for the diversions on weekend, during G.O'S . This wont be a repeated thing. Like I said, this is just in Case of G.O's
  12. Does anyone like the idea of rerouting the Q23 off Woodhaven Boulevard in Forest Hills
  13. I think the N4 used to terminate at 169, but rerouted in '88 when the Archer Avenue Line Opened
  14. Uh, it is replaced by the Q49 and the M60, as shown on the map

  16. Dont forget my idea of making it a 7 day service I might make a timetable of how I want the service to look like
  17. Well I think make every bus that goes to HHE throughout the 7 days a Q26 trip. These buses would go on Hollis Court, then up by Francis Lewist then back on the 27 routing rush hours for those trips. Now if I only had a Q27 bus timetable handy. I Bascially have every timetable if every bus in Queens
  18. I've used all five express bus, especially the BM2/3 and BM5. Try taking them more and you'll i understand it. Open door on Woodhaven, that's why the X32 failed. It was Bascially only school children. Besides, who goes from Brooklyn to Queens. People can walk to the Q8 or take the B13 to Connect with other routes corresponding to the Avenue they want to go. e.g Seaview Avenue to Atlantic Avenue B83 to Q24, still one fare.
  19. By making the 43 100% limited, you will make the entire route limited, even when there are no alternatives. NICE cant pick up people who want to travel within queens, and it's self explanatory why. The Q43 should be left as it is,maybe add several more weekday Limiteds in both directions, most to the subway. Even if you make the Q43 limited fully between Merrick Blvd/165 Street and Springfield Blvf, it makes everyone shift onto other buses for the people taking buses from local stops, and the situation is bad enough rush hours, especially on the Q1
  20. 207- Chambers via Local Suspended Suspended 205 street- Grand Street 179 to E. Bdwy via Local to Essex Suspended Suspended Suspended Suspended Ditmars Blvd- Whitehall via Local Suspended 71 Avenue- Whitehall 42 regular Franklin Suspended Rockaway Blvd to B116 street Suspended Next: Due to 60 street closure, please reroute trains. There will also be construction on the 8 Avenue Line from 145 street to Canal Street In both directions , local tracks are being replaced in both directions
