  1. Dont forget my idea of making it a 7 day service I might make a timetable of how I want the service to look like
  2. Well I think make every bus that goes to HHE throughout the 7 days a Q26 trip. These buses would go on Hollis Court, then up by Francis Lewist then back on the 27 routing rush hours for those trips. Now if I only had a Q27 bus timetable handy. I Bascially have every timetable if every bus in Queens
  3. I've used all five express bus, especially the BM2/3 and BM5. Try taking them more and you'll i understand it. Open door on Woodhaven, that's why the X32 failed. It was Bascially only school children. Besides, who goes from Brooklyn to Queens. People can walk to the Q8 or take the B13 to Connect with other routes corresponding to the Avenue they want to go. e.g Seaview Avenue to Atlantic Avenue B83 to Q24, still one fare.
  4. By making the 43 100% limited, you will make the entire route limited, even when there are no alternatives. NICE cant pick up people who want to travel within queens, and it's self explanatory why. The Q43 should be left as it is,maybe add several more weekday Limiteds in both directions, most to the subway. Even if you make the Q43 limited fully between Merrick Blvd/165 Street and Springfield Blvf, it makes everyone shift onto other buses for the people taking buses from local stops, and the situation is bad enough rush hours, especially on the Q1
  5. 207- Chambers via Local Suspended Suspended 205 street- Grand Street 179 to E. Bdwy via Local to Essex Suspended Suspended Suspended Suspended Ditmars Blvd- Whitehall via Local Suspended 71 Avenue- Whitehall 42 regular Franklin Suspended Rockaway Blvd to B116 street Suspended Next: Due to 60 street closure, please reroute trains. There will also be construction on the 8 Avenue Line from 145 street to Canal Street In both directions , local tracks are being replaced in both directions
  6. Based On Roadcrusers track map that he showed us even though it's outdated, Lenme point out something. If the configuration at Grand Street is suppose to be built like this, then If anything happens on Broadway, then the can go on the Northern Side of the Bridge and go up 2 Avenue. Also, if the were to be rerouted onto 6 Avenue, it can either go on the to 2 Avenue then the route to Houston, then the northern bridge tracks. Maybe it can also be connected to the 8 Avenue line via 125 to Probably connect for a routing to The Bronx rather then build a whole new line. Concourse can be enlargened, and Maube Send the via Concourse to the Bronx and the to 168 street Washington Heights The can terminate at Bedford Park at all times it operates if the connector is built as well. This can call for the fully express. Maybe built a new express track under the local station and run the in the expresses, the and on the local.
  7. 1. The Schedules I mentioned were for both weekdays and Saturdays. Just put the reference time as to when the buses leave from the terminal, the last one of the day. 2. The Sunday service would be a pilot at first. Besides, transportation is not about how much it costs, it's about if it's more direct or not. Although the subway lines are alternatives, the BM1/BM5 would actually attract riders on Sunday. The BM2 would be thought afterward, then the BM3 as well. The BM4 I wouldn't touch unless of it actually has demand. I would need to look at the ridership stats to determine
  8. Express Bus Proposals BM1: Add service past 2:15 until at least 8:16 to Mahattan every hour BM2: Add service last 2:14 until at least 6:15 to Manhattan every hour BM3: Add service past 2:15 until at least 5:15 to Manhattan Every hour BM4: Add service until 2:15 until at least 4:15 every Hour to Manhattan BM5: Add service past 2:16 until at least 7:15 to Manhattan X27: Retain X28: Retain Any other proposals Consider BM1 and BM2 Sunday Service for every 90 minutes Consider BM5 a possible candidate for Sunday Service every hour as well
  9. S66: That would be the reason in a way. Also, any trip that would go to Grymes Hill will not be limited stopped Since the Limiteds would have to meet the ferry , then these trips would be coordinated to meet the limited S74/84 That diversion to Oakwood would not occur weekdays, and meanwhile the S74 would operate double 15 minutes Along New Dorp, the S84 would operate from Bricktown and local to New Dorp Lane, then Limited to the Ferry, with several short-turns at ETC to maintain reliability from Bunching S93: Those riders from SI Mall to Jewlett would take a revised and modified S93 which would go toCSI then Back to Berry Mount and go to SI Mall with with the S61 The S93 would be modified in scheduling to connect to the S66 limited
  10. As for the S59, I'm talking about make the S59 run every 40 minutes to Tottenville. The S59 from Richmond/Hylan and PRT will continue To be every 20 minutes
  11. As for the S79, it would stop at every S89 stop, along Hylan Blvd, the following Stop would be made Richmond Avenue William Avenue Nelson Avenue Great Kills Road Bay Terrance Fairbanks Avenue Guyon Avenue Cannon Blvd New DorpLane Lincoln Avenue Midland Avenue Jefferson Avenur Slayer Avenue Seaview Avenue Raritan Avenue Old Town SIR station Clove Road Stueben Street/Hylan Blvd SIE Expressway/ Hylan Blvd, local stops to Brooklyn S52 Limited Stop All stops to Hylan Blvd/ Tompkins Avenue Chestnut Street/Tompkins Vanderbuilt Avenue/ Tompkins Avenue Broad Street/ Tompkins Avenue Beach Street/ St.Pauls Avenue Local stops to Jersey Street/ Brighton Avenue Jersey/ Brighton Crescent/ Jersey Westervelt/Crescent Hamilton/St Marks Place Hyatt/ St Marks Place Richmond Terrance and Bay Street St George Ferry
  12. The bus would operate rush hours limited along Tompkins and the S42 route. It would be local elsewhere S57- I actually trashed that proposal, so ignore the S57 proposal S59 Well if that case then it would be every 40 minutes S66 I forgot to mention this but it would be a Limited on Victory Blvd Rush hours. It would replace the S61/S62 at an average frequency that both buses would operate at S74: Weekdays the S84 would operate as the local west of New Dorp Lane And Limited on Richmond Road when the S74 runs on New Dorp Lane to replace the S76/86. The S84 would operate at the S74 off peak frequencies while the S76 would operate at the S76 off peak frequencies The S74 short turns will be extended to Bricktown S93 would replace the S91 to SI Mall sort of Comments/Suggestions?
  13. The Q1 Should probably go to Braddock First, then to the LIRR station. Current Q1 Springfield Trips can go fully limited. As for the Q43 Limited fully, what will serve west of Braddock if it's fully limited I prefer the Q1 SpringfieldBranch to be fully limited because that route has alternatives along the entire section of its route, and I mean entire. The Braddock Branch is only alone on Braddock Avenue I would probably extend the 77 to Green Acres or JFK, and extend it to the Jamaica LIRR station on the other side.

  16. Forums will closed? Anyway, when will the forums be up again.

  17. I guess why many people say the front of the M8 is ugly is because of the black and red, which IMO does not go together like that. Stripped maybe. If the whole thing was red then people wouldn't talk about it so much. Just my takes.

  19. Service Change Posted: 06/03/2012 11:55AM Q23 bus detoured due to street festival on 103rd Street and 37th Avenue: Northbound: Via 103rd Street, right on Roosevelt Avenue, left on 108th Street, left 34th Avenue then regular route. Please allow for additional travel time. I'm confused!?!?!?!?. Why would the MTA reroute the Q32 all the way over there, and 34 Avenue is never there regular routing of the Q32.
  20. Q23 Central Term, on 01 June 2012 - 08:26 PM, said: Extend the Q77 to JFK to help out Q3. Hey. If the 77 is not clearly serving something, maybe that Extention can give the 77 a bit more usefulness. Don't even talk about the Q3... That line is horrible as well... slow as hell.... Edited by MTAFanBoy512, Today, 08:45 PM. I meant a second alternative to JFK instead of the Q3
  21. New proposal: S56/63 combination as one route from Patchogue to Commack via Kings Park S8: Calverton-Hampton Bay route absorbing the 8A and S90 for connectivity. This route would operate the 8A and S90 routes, however in Riverhead, buses would be streamlined with other bus routes. S90: Hasta Luego 8A: New label: S8
  22. Extend the Q77 to JFK to help out Q3. Hey. If the 77 is not clearly serving something, maybe that Extention can give the 77 a bit more usefulness.
