Due to a water main replacement near Casey Stengel depot today, Jamaica and Queens Village will loan their buses to Stengel due to delays and extended wait times for the buses out of Stengel to exit out of the depot.

Another new home for the widely traveled 4513.  But this will likely be its last assignment.  Anybody have its history?

I believe 4513 was first delivered to Grand Avenue. Afterwards, it was transferred to the following depots throughout the years: Fresh Pond, Queens Village, Baisley Park, and now JFK.

4513 was one of the few former Grand Avenue NGs where it was maintained very well. I'm not sure if JFK will maintain that unit well after it was transferred from Baisley.

It went like this: Grand, Charleston, Yukon, QV, Stengel, Grand 2nd time, QV second time, Baisley, and now JFK.

JA is sending loans to Stengel because Stengel is short. Nothing to do with the water main replacement. QV has not sent anything to Stengel. This has been happening for the past few days.
