Cuz I'm smart, that's why. But seriously. It was very obvious, at least to me. Like E. 105th St, Rockaway Pk./Beach 116th St. has a tail track next to an in-service track. But RPY doesn't host R143s, and at the time this picture was taken, RPY had R44s.
