Because if the MTA is simply removing the blue stripe in the front and on the door and adding black decal to the drivers side windows and the rear of the bus cause it saves just a "lil bit" of money, I just feel that its a bit stupid. I understand that if you do this overtime, it'll probably save thousands but for the sake of aesthetics, it shouldn't always be about the "bottom line".
