Blitz Posted September 30, 2011 Share #4 Posted September 30, 2011 Yeah, right! If this video got to the , the driver of that truck would be fired. Not really, this is very common. Especially if the bus stops while the road truck is following it and they're close to the depot. Or if the entrance to the depot has a sharp turn and the tow truck can't get into it with the bus attached like 126th use to. that's actually what those huge bumper are for in the front of the road/tow trucks. An if yall think that's something, u should see how we move dead buses around inside the depot.

Cait Sith Posted October 7, 2011 Share #10 Posted October 7, 2011 I see that often with several CS and CP buses. Appears to be rather common in Queens, nice catch.
QM1to6Ave Posted October 7, 2011 Share #11 Posted October 7, 2011 That's a professional way for the MTA to run a system. Please, sometimes that's what you need to do. I've seen TBTA tow trucks push stalled cars out of the Midtown tunnel when it was difficult for them to get around to hook up the car to the truck.
