The thing about the S78 is that it doesn't really need artics at all. Crowding isn't that bad to the point where that is necessary considering that Hylan Blvd has what, the S53 to some extent, the S78 and the S79 Select.

On the weekends, the S78 is EMPTY! I always thought it would be crazy packed but its actually empty during the weekends.

@ Cait: Well there's the option of discontinuing all Short turn S78 from Eltingville.

Every S78 heading to Eltingville and Bricktown is often empty on the weekends, 50% seated at most on occasion.
