  1. Very stupendous! Excellent variety of different car types!
  2. Hold off on this for the moment. That bus is currently working the S48.
  3. The stops it skips have high ridership and because the is maxed out in terms of frequency, there cannot be any more added express trips without making cuts somewhere.
  4. They might have needed that bus to fill an extremely late or missing trip. Yes, it’s inconvenient, but sometimes that’s how service has to be made. It’s not the first time that has occurred.
  5. I think this was said already, but 8185 is still at CA. Currently working the S40.
  6. The uses up to 7-8 R46s during the rush, so it’s nothing unusual.
  7. I can’t say for sure, but probably. EN only had those LFS as a placeholder for their RTS.
  8. Transit also wants all SBS routes using buses with USB ports and WiFi which the 7000s and most 2015-16 LFS do not have, so it makes no sense sending them to Yukon. Albeit slowly, Yukon is receiving all 77 of their LFS. As I said before, just because Castleton has a few, it doesn’t mean they will stay.
  9. Perhaps, but again, they’re slated for YU and they will receive them. Also remember, YU has school runs on Castleton and Chareston routes so you will eventually spot them on other routes. Neither Castleton nor Charleston have 10+ year old local buses that need to be transferred out or replaced.
  10. Don’t celebrate so early... they won’t stay for that long. Remember, YU still has NGs that are being transferred out. Plus, it’s the summer, so school is out, and Yukon doesn’t need all of them right now. Castleton’s fleet is in good shape. Their oldest local buses are only 8 years old. Just because the new buses there now doesn’t mean they will stay...
  11. With the exception of the SI Mall and the first stop in Brooklyn, ridership at the stops aren’t enough to warrant off-board payment.
  12. I moved this here since it has nothing to do with express buses. Could you post a link for one of the mentioned routes? And no, I’m not asking for the other boroughs.
  13. Which NYCT local routes? I checked and none of them seem to be updated.

  15. That was said a few years ago and it never happened.
  16. Was that actually in service or just a codebreak?
