Until what?

Pokemon Black and White's Amercian release! (Next Sunday, March 6th)

In Europe, the games are getting released two days earlier (March 4th)

You know what the worst part is? Junichi Masuda, the director of the games, and Ken Sugimori, the guy who draws the cool artwork for every single Pokemon, are going to London on March 4th to meet fans when the games come out! NOT FAIR!

So one of my cable boxes from TWC burned out on Wednesday and was replaced with a HD box. I couldn't believe that out of all things to be sending interference to the component cables would be my computer's VGA cable. Just having it plugged into the TV will send out interference.

Other than that, I gave it a test drive on BBC America and I do have to say that the picture quality was superb. Now only if the box came with a HDMI port instead of DVI.

I think I have problems with my modem [or could be something else?]

Internet speed is way down especially if I'm downloading stuff. Using the wifi router for wifi use seems fine till after 8pm. Also I got 'static' sounds on the landlines. This totally sucks.

The only good thing is that my cable boxes are still fine, not much pixelation as before even in the bad weather like today.

Flipping thru the channels and caught a glimps of a thomas show. When the hell did they start using cgi? Looks kinda creepy, lol.

DVI and HDMI is the same in terms of quality.

The games always come out in Japan first, since, ya know, that's where the franchise comes from. In fact, the games came out in Japan back in September. And for the record this is actually the first time Europe is getting the games before us, usually they have to wait months after the American release to get them. So there ya go :P

I see. I rather the HDMI since I don't have any DVI ports on my TV. (And I'm buying the adapter when component works fine)

Nowadays, its shifting more towards American and European releases first. Europe is getting the 3DS first, then we are.
