They were but were decommissioned for months now. Either these buses are going to see service or are just there to donate parts for the other hybrids. Its happened with other units at LaGuardia.

It’s interesting how they are holding on to those buses for dear life. I’m surprised they haven’t retire them already or transfer them to BP or JFK since they have the remaining Orion VII OG’s.

Its going to the vendor. Novas and Prevosts are usually held at the Academy garage when being serviced. I can see why the post would confuse people into thinking they’re going in service. I don’t find it necessary to report when a bus heads to the vendor.
