Definitely makes sense. I am sure those 17000s ( DeCamp) have lower miles than even Camden's 19000s. Camden has most of their buses back it looks like too.

Also Ironbound is losing buses to eht and a number of 18000s are going Ironbound; as well as Wayne to retire the 9000s and 7100s; also will force some 20000s to eht with 17185.

17117 is also at Egg Harbor. In service on the 552

Yup run 393; it was supposed to be on hold as it doesn’t even have a lytx camera or partition yet. Cmf only did the registers and clever. Eht has to do everything else.

No inspections yet on those buses…?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I have listed it seems 19131, 19133-19134 are at Newton from Egg Harbor. Can anyone clarify if that's the case or an error on my end.

Yeah they are at Newton ik. Not sure what other units as they were moving yet.

Yes they are back at Newton.  EHT and Newton swapped buses a few months ago but the swap has been reversed and buses are in the process of being sent back to their Original garages.  18065 and 18066 as well as 18068-18071, 18075 and 18085 are back at EHT.  The above 19130s you just mentioned as well as 19141 are back in Camden now also.

Update ALL Newton Avenue and EHT buses are back at their original garages, the last four buses of the swap were returned.  18067 and 18072 went back down the Expressway to EHT last night while 18126 and 19135 returned to Camden this morning.   19136 and 19143 are still at Turnersville ( Washington Twp).

So 18064-18096 are back at Egg Harbor and 18126-18129 & 19126-19136, 19138-19151 are back at Newton Avenue?

18126 actually went to Washington Township. It worked the 551 and 555 earlier today.

I have an update on the migration of DeCamp coaches back to NJT. So far, NJT is concentrating on putting the 20 coaches that DeCamp still had active at the time of the shutdown back into service. These buses have all been registered. They are:

17072-17073, 17077, 17079, 17084-17085, 17089, 17091, 17099-17100, 17108, 17111-17112, 17114-17120

The other 30 (or 29? there may be one dead one) were not put back into service since the pandemic and will likely require more work to get them roadworthy again, but NJT is going to bank on the relatively low mileage of those coaches.

18126 was likely just helping out.  Washington Twp borrows buses from Camden on a frequent basis as they're still down several buses.  For instance, 17064 was helping on the 551 yesterday.  But yes 18064-18085 were returned to EHT and all 19131-19141 were returned to Camden.   18000s past 18085 and 19000s past 19141 were never originally swapped.

Got that, though I'm pretty sure 19136 and 19143 are still at Washington Township.

I hated those dam cameras. At least on the older cruisers you could pull the sun visor all the way down, the newer ones they purposely stop right above it and the sun still blinds you.

Aren't 18120-18125 still at Egg Harbor?
