An individual who is harmed in part to the abuse of any substances (liquor, marijuana, etc.) should be held accountable for their actions, regardless of impairment, but banning shit isn't the solution. We all know prohibition doesn't work.

 

As with most all else in life, with moderation.

I'm late to this, and holy shit. The IQ of someone getting on top of a train, in a tunnel, has to be below the mental deficiency cut-off line. You'd have to actually be mentally challenged to do this. Sad to say, Darwin Award winner.

Back when I was in high school (Grady), a friend of this dude that lived around here (said dude was more of a nuisance than an acquaintance) died while "subway surfing" on the (what was then) Q express leaving Brighton Beach (at that sharp turn it makes after leaving the station)....

 

To note, the both of them were in the same special Ed class(es)....

 

It was a train I would normally take too, but that day, I tagged along w/ some friends of mine & we took the bus home that day.... Glad I did.

The incident was (obviously) the talk of the school for that whole week or w/e.....
