Next, if you need help getting your Class B Commercial Learner's Permit (CLP), I would encourage you to check out cristcdl.com. Remember, the multiple-choice exams that you need to take and pass, at minimum, are General Knowledge, Air Brakes and Passenger Endorsement. If you would like and/or need more information into obtaining your Commercial Driver's License (CDL), click here.

When you are ready to go to the Department of Motor Vehicles, click here to make a reservation for yourself.

The Proposed Answer Keys for Exams 2611, 2612, 2613, 2614 and 3601 can be viewed on this webpage.

For those of you who wish to restore your name to the list, you must do so by sending an e-mail to certificationunit@dcas.nyc.gov. In your e-mail, state your full name, exam number, list number, the last four of your social security number, and a brief reason why you're restoring your name to the list. You do not have to go into full detail in the e-mail.

Good luck!!

Good question? .. for current  Mta employees such as Oa & Mta bus operators that have taken this exam and are doing a cross over. will they get called sooner than new hires?

Not at all. It's all about the list number regardless of our employment status with them.

No. If you already gave them the paperwork, you’re good on that. But you need to redo the lab, then medical, the a class date.

It is the best interest of everyone to come with  paperwork as they have "misplaced" quite a few of ours. Be prepared!

That sucks. Let those emotions run through you :) If youre not old and rickety 5yrs will pass by. If you still interested by then at least you know what to expect.

Yes. I got there at 7:30 for my 9am appointment and joined the line. Waited all day and did drug test at 3:15. The place was packed. T/O, Conductor, Transit Cleaner and B/O.

Came in here at 830am and I'm still here. Looking like I'll be here for another hour and half

Well i was finally sworn in today. I start class Sunday ( last class of the Year, next class is in February and rumored to have 100-200 Students). Guys make sure to upload your day1 pre employment packet to your email/Icloud. They "missplaced" mine and luckily i had it saved and emailed it right then and there. Final Processing is so much smoother... you're one on one with the interviewer and your out in a few hours. I definitely will keep everyone updated with the ends n outs of training. I also don't Wanna just DISSAPPEAR what's I'm in... I would like to come back to the forum from time to time and give advice and feedback and encouragement with the pre employment process and probation. Anyways... good luck and congratulations to the guys who made it into Sundays class! 😊

Thanks. I have final processing on Thursday. I’m hoping there’s space in the Sunday class for me.
