  1. Found it, its lower and it was kinda hidden at first. The seats look very nice btw...
  2. So with the a limited amount of artics at this point, is there an option order for the XN60's and will the Bx36 be able to have just enough to be fully articulated? Sorry for bothering.
  3. So how about the Bx12 +SBS+, it runs into Manhattan.
  4. The Bx46 serves the non existant crowds of Hunts Point, as well as scrap and body work shops... Those mechanics have more parts than what they need. 😂
  5. As a song in "The Lorax" says, "Let it die, let it die, let it shrivel up and die!"
  6. Oh the small signs on the LFSA's is just a glitch on Luminator's part. They have been resolving it though.
  7. I am serious. They literally talk about Improving and simplifying communication, but if they can't even get the basics right (Programming a sign) let alone actual communication with us the customers. Not only customers go through hell of miscommunication, but its employees as well. I have even heard T/O's and C/R's fighting around which line up they are supposed to get, while Dispatch makes a Jiu Jitsu over giving a line up first, then something else later. Things have been improving in the past months, but those practices have to extend even further to the point where people can put 2 and 2 together and figure it out. There's one operator that I didn't report because I felt bad for him getting in trouble but, tell me how he pulled in his bus as a Bx27 To Clason Point at W Farms, and after making a left at E 167 St he changed it to a Bx35 To Washington Heights WITHOUT NOTICE. Everyone in the bus got off and walked back to W Farms Road, MISSING A Bx27, just departing. Luckily we all got transfers. He realized that he just f*cked up and should had changed his sign before letting passengers on..
  8. Version 1.0.0

    3 downloads

It is a PDF Sheet detailing service changes on a few routes as well as Bx6 local articulation.
  9. How would you expect the B46 to be articulated back in a time where there weren't sufficient resources, and ridership to Justify your point. The high ridership has met the guidelines in these last 5 years, and partially articulating the route is the best option at this point. Things can't be done when wanted, it is when it is possible and there is enough resources and commitment to do so.
  10. Jesus Christ, they seriously don't even know what in the f*ck they want to do with buses anymore...
  11. Who in the hell programs the Destination signs for 's Buses? Do those people even live in NYC? There are several mistakes with a few routes like for example Instead of Bx40 VIA TREMONT AV It currently is Bx40 VIA TREMOUNT AV another example is Instead of Bx35 WEST FARMS ROAD It currently is Bx35 W EST FARMS ROAD Its not like their computers have auto correct or something right?
  12. There will be enough. The XN60 Order will have WF with more artics than prior, and the Bx6 local wouldn't need any more than 10-11 Buses during peak hours, especially with the frequencies being split with the Bx6 +SBS+, mind that the Bx6 is a short 4 mile route requiring less buses than the Bx36. You may also note that WF will still keep their LFSA's and be receiving a few more from a couple of Manhattan depot's to kill off the remaining D60HF fleet.
  13. The raising of the Bridge has nothing to do with Performance. The roadway was raised in a measured way, its not steep nor has to do with Vehicle performance.
  14. Whats with XD40 7668 and the New York City Bus label? I thought the new scheme buses weren't going to have that anymore.
  15. How the hell do you even trust riding in a dollar van? God forbid those never maintained old vans lose their brakes, or criminals are abducting people, or robbing in those unsafe vehicles. I would never ride on illegal, unregistered, profit hungry, unsafe vehicles. Never would I put my life, or my family's life in danger.
  16. Who the hell in their right state of mind be capable of riding in a Dollar Van, not just only risking their life, but in danger of being abducted by god knows the person driving that thing.
  17. The paper is really good and surely describes the situation and demographics accurately. I like how she mentions the role that transportation plays, and why its necessary.
  18. I live in the area, No one really advocates for better service. This causes to take advantage of these Silent Neighborhoods, and literally shut down the crap outta the Dyre Avenue line. Not only does this happen with trains, but Buses too. Bx21 bus service is deplorable as it is and the bus is full to the brim. Service is infrequent and unreliable. Bx21 should have been chosen to be articulated. The East 180 St Bus Stop almost always has a block long line of people waiting, with buses crushloaded in both directions during any time of day. No one in Morris Park advocates for service.
  19. I seriously want to know, who was the Genius that scrapped Pelham Parkway on the , it is disgusting to even be inside that Station tbh. Whenever I am there, I try to hold my breath as much as possible.
