Do you know the full allotment?

I would assume a 10-10 split of the 20 left over.

As of right now...again subject to change...Kingsbridge (8) and Charleston (12). Again, that can change. If that holds up for Charleston, I think the S55 and S56 will go quiet. ;-)

If everything is planned with the XE40 assignments (subject to change of course), then I will see these possibilities:

East New York could retire all of the NGs that were given from Casey Stengel, and solve the fleet shortage at ENY, Grand Avenue could send some XD40s to Fresh Pond or Flatbush to retire their NGs, Charleston could displace some of their LFSes to Jamaica, and then Jamaica could displace some of their XD40s to Fresh Pond or Flatbush to retire their NGs, Michael J. Quill could send some of their LFS HEVs to Manhattanville to retire some NGs over there, and Kingsbridge may not have any changes, unless they send some of their LFSes to Jamaica to push out some of their XD40s to Fresh Pond or Flatbush.

All of these possibilities are subject to change.

GA needs their buses since they lost their proterras because their lease was up. As for Quill, the XE40s they’re getting will send their LFS to the Bronx, while Kingsbridge could send theirs to Gun Hill. Yes, GH does need more 40’ buses because the (Bx28), (Bx25), (Bx26) & (Bx24) during peak hours.

Is there a reason as to why Charleston is getting 12? 12 is not nearly enough to kick out all the xcelsiors at Jamaica and frankly Jamaica having 5-8 xcelsiors left makes no sense.

Who said anything about KB not displacing units to JA? (Or anything about what these buses will re/displace in general, we know they getting rid of the remaining NGs tho)

People elsewhere have assumed that Charleston will send LFS to Jamaica so Jamaica can boot all the XD40s to Brooklyn while KB sends HEVs to MHV

Highly irrelevant considering that they got 25 XDE40s to fill the gap of five buses.

Quill also won't send buses anywhere due to this order.

I don't know where or how you're getting this information.

9695: was mentioned as a loan at Tuskegee Airmen out of Manhattanville. However, is part of their pool as the unit has Tuskegee stickers.

4754, 4782, 4785 and 4798 are kept at Grand Av after being moved from Ulmer Park for the summer.

9695 still has MHV labels.

How will the NGs at Manhattanville be retired?

When a bigger order is placed.

Not every order replaces buses or sends them elsewhere. These also wont be out in service as long as the regular fleet, assuming that they stuck with the short range spec(which is also why the S55 and S56 are said to go fully electric once Charleston gets their batch).

All the buses have GA Decals and are in service as of today. 7550-7551 was from MHV they also have GA Decals and was in service last week and is in service for today. 7531-7532 were Ex UP units and also have GA Decals and is in service so I don't think they are loans.

7532 still has Ulmer Park decals...

Anyone know the status of 3523 3600  JFK

Still at the depot (3523). Some of their hybrids are held at the parking lot side by the Q3 area at Farmers Blvd for repairs. Like 3649, to return in-service this month from July.

Also, 3600 is also sitting at JFK by the parking lot but in storage for now. The farebox is still inside of it.
