Well, if they are sending these buses to East New York of all places, that could only mean one thing, the MTA might have already decided who will be the next "bus of NY" (even though the Orion VIIs would still vastly out number them).

so that means theres a big chance more XD40s coming to NY

Or how about just down there as temp loaners and mech. work?

As long as NYCT sends high floors to MTA Bus, ya'll can keep your low floors lmao

On a serious note, prepare for massive foamage on the ENY routes.

Possible. ENY has been 'borrowing' some buses lately like FB's NGs in the summer and the RTSs recently. Otoh, if it's to try out the XD40s on those lines, then perhaps it's good news if the MTA is thinking of buying more of that type. Though I honestly wouldn't mind if the NGs from FB went to ENY so FB gets the XD40s :)

It was bound to happen at some point. ^_^

No it doesn't.

But the contract JUST MIGHT be split....we must be patient and wait and see. I'm personally hoping for a split.

That one more for TEAM NEUTRAL......... Edited by NovaCSW8030
