4P3607 Posted September 5, 2011 Share #2 Posted September 5, 2011 holy :eek::eek: I wonder where that bus is stored... and why it was there . anyways :tup::tup: shot!' EDIT: I just realized, how could a NYCT bus be signed up as the Q60 if the Q60 is an MTA bus line?

R42 M Train Posted September 5, 2011 Author Share #6 Posted September 5, 2011 It was for a movie shoot. I have no clue where this bus came from or its year or model. Maybe Trevor would know...
dman1455 Posted September 5, 2011 Share #7 Posted September 5, 2011 This was from the filming of the movie " The Avengers". Follow Captain America, Iron Man, and Thor to understand the Avengers. EDIT: One of those buses is the real 4430 while the other is the fake one HA! My photos from last year BOTH of them are movie buses.
mark1447 Posted September 5, 2011 Share #8 Posted September 5, 2011 Great Catch of that TMC RTS! Not really vintage, since the TMC retired around 2008/2009!

Green Lines 96 Posted October 4, 2011 Share #18 Posted October 4, 2011 Most likely the GMC RTS's retired before May 2007 because I went to NY from late May 2007-early August 2007 and the oldest buses I saw were the 1987 TMC RTS's(All White ex-GBL/cTc/NYCT RTS's). I did see a few suburban MCI Classics during that time as well. I went again in the summer of 2008 and saw no MCI Classics so the oldest buses were the 1990-1991 TMC RTS-06's(8000-8300 series). I moved out of NY on 2/3/2005 and before that I saw alot of GMC RTS's.
