Now, I have been hearing some concerns here from last night that was addressed. So I am going to list some points:

1) Racism is an ugly social disease. For the longest minorities has been viciosly opporessed starting with slavery and the Chinese exclusion act it cannot be denied. It still exists today and is gong out of control. The internet through group polarization reflects the thinking of many people nowadays. Today bigots use forms of racial microagresion to express their hate through subtle actions, clever use of stereotypes, and loaded statements trying to segregate internet social media communities.

2) As far as white Americans its true and valid: Many whites of the poorer middle class are feeling silenced and attacked by reverse racists playing the race card. I see that clearly and that is correct, many whites are also opressed by the status quo of this disgusting system. Absolutely.

That is not right either what those of major influence trying to create seperations in this country are doing, two wrongs don't make a right and in this case reverse racist bigots tossing the race card makes other persons of color look bad. To me that is understandable what many whites are saying in regards to this.

3) Injecting race into everything? I dont think so. More like the reverse the notion is used to falsely accuse others concerned about the state of the status quo in American society. It seems the opposing parties are cheering on the bigots in power or are in denial of the fact that this society is taking a turn for the worse. For the record my dream is for racism to be eradicated where whites, blacks, Latinos and Asians can stand shoulder to shoulder one day with the upcoming generation and learn from Y genners who are still fighting or are making serious mistakes today.

4) Lets not play the bickering nonsense card. Instead learn to hold debates and speak your mind, whatever it is that moves your heart and stand up for yourself. Noone is stopping you, but as I said before not everyone is going to agree with you. At least I realize that and my hopes is in that many others realize that as well.

5) Hold your bellies and speak your mind, thats what I am doing and encourage others to do the same regardless of who you are or what your belief system is.

6) But recognize what debates are: a regulated discussion of a proposition between two matched sides. Or rather:  the formal discussion of a motion before a deliberative body according to the rules of procedureTensions could fly but hey with self control then said argument will actually sound credible. Theres a difference between that and flaming, hoarding or whatever people are claiming it to be.

Isnt that what happens in Congress? Notice what happens when deliberating on the Congress floor over legislation, yes correct, controlled debates. I think thats the idea of a debate.

7) Read this post carefully a couple of times maybe before responding, because I am not hearing a twisting of words.

Racism in the purest sense of the word is nether good nor bad. Consider this: I subconsciously keep myself from associating with people who are not Asian; basically it's segregation. Will I do business with everyone fairly? Absolutely. But I'm not going to move in and develop personal relationships or hook them up with my other friends. It's my personal belief that "diversity" is an unsustainable ideal given the current requirements. For there to be diversity, there must be different kinds of people who are segregated. Racial diversity gets eliminated without segregation. Parts of the world (U.S., Latin America) will become de-diversified as a result of embracing diverse relationships—and it's ironic! My hope is that some hardline leaders at least decide to make their nations sanctuaries for their own nationals. France for the French. Italy for the Italians. Japan for the Japanese. Leave the mixing bowl over in America; the natives have practically been eradicated by the colonists anyway and there's nothing to recover.

I disagree. The entire problem with society is defacto segregation and hate. Much of the problems we have in America is because of this. Myself personally I prefer to associate with persons of all races, that means whites, blacks, Asians and Latinos.

Its all about control. Its also about hate. For people in this world to be at peace with one another, such forms of hate needs to be buried in the ground. Racism is a huge monster component that even resulted in wars, such as in the case of Hitler and his ideas of racial purity and the eradication of the Jews. Milloins died because of racial hate. See where racism can go from what has happenned in history.

African slavery is another example, millions died on the slave ships and plantations. Many during the Jim Crow era on the part of extremist groups.

Chinese exclusion act another one. Where Chinese male indentured servants were barred from bringing Asian female wives into this country. This sense of sexualized racism still exists today where Asian women are portrayed as sex objects with nothing more in life but to please the white man and is clearly apparent in the media especially in pornography where many young Asian women trapped in the sex industry are raped on set, cameras rolling.

However as I stated before with White Americans they are also attacked by reverse racists throwing the race card. Such reverse racist bigots of color are bent on segregationist ideas attacking the white man of the poor middle class even which I do not agree with either. It does not help to quell the fire of hate.

Racism does not work. It pits people against one another and even creates the environment for violence and even death as we can see. It would be a better country if defacto segregation and racism in the status quo is eliminated. The key is efforts by us to establish peace among ourselves. Which for many are not willing or open to any agreement.

Note I am reciting truths taught by past Asian American activist peers which I cited in a past discussion pages back in this thread with sources which I can requote at request.

I don't necessarily hate others; I just keep myself within the boundaries of certain groupings. Segregation and hate are different things. People will segregate themselves from those they hate, but not all those who segregate themselves see enemies over the fence.

I am not accusing you of anything that was not my intent. I am simply giving an alternative viewpoint.

Looking at this objectively keeping in mind ethical ideals as I type my responses.

Sigh...

So in my 8th period Painting class,I sit next to two girls. They are very friendly and we'll often chat in class.Last week the one who sits behind me(and is Asian) and I decided to start a poking game where we constantly poke each other and the last person to poke before the bell wins.Others in the class noticed and are now calling me an "Asiaphile" because "it looks like you like her" and "your all boyfriend and girl friend" when in reality we are just good friends. SMH... <_<

Now I like the other one...Hey Im picky :P

Why is is that hangovers and regrets go hand and hand?

I knw ahat you mean. Thats why I dont drink as often anymore. Nowadays I have to keep a clear head and remain sober so as to retain thinking ability.

Usually with hangovers what people do not realize is that over time as one wakes up after a night of drinking they are not only just hungover and dehydrated but also experiencing rebound depression or anxiety medically speaking hence the feelings of 'regrets'.

Thats why I drink only when I know I have a rest day the following morning, no school, no work. I've cut down dramatically during the past two months. But a beer a couple of shots on a weeknight wont hurt, thats moderate drinking, a diferent story.

Have to know your limit, be responsible, and dont let the booze bite you back in the ass.
