6191, 6202 and 6222 have been the only O5s in service at CS the past few days. Today only 6202 and 6222. Gonna be insane to think of CS without O5s. I have to confirm if the others are retired, but they certainly haven't been in service. Meanwhile, ancient 8756 keeps on truckin' over at JFK, getting awfully close to 20 years in service. I suspect a few 1996s will make that.

 Yes they do. I believe whenever a bus is scrapped, they take the GPS from that bus and put it on another bus. They also reuse fareboxes and radio's I believe.

The fareboxes are removed before the bus is towed to the scrap yard. The usually remove any usable parts as well.

There were in the system as Castleton buses, for some reason.

Not within the last week, I don't think. I checked the pullouts, only those few.
