These swaps are redundant. The original order to these new hybrids were supposed to be MHV, 100 St, KB, and GH, while the XDEs were for MCH, MJQ, GA, and ENY. I get that these were meant to train B/Os at the affecting Depots during snow loans, but now I'm under the impression that these moves are permanent given the quantity of buses being reassigned to Depots not originally meant to receive them. Are these in fact permanent assignments going forward?

Updated on that one. Didn't know that's registered there at LGA. However, missing units to be added when there's time.
