8842 was transferred before at CS for training. I'm not sure for JA as they already were trained on the LFSes. I'm guessing that they need training on the rear doors, or maybe maintenance.

They did. It was #8755, the first unit with the different appearance. However, it was sent back to the builder company (NovaBus).
