Please expect delays on the , and trains at this time. Also, due to signal problems at the Freeman Street Station, please expect delays in downtown and trains at this time. Please allow for additional travel time. 2. Downtown trains are running on the local track between the Broadway-Junction Station and the Euclid Avenue Station. Uptown trains are running on the local track between the Euclid Avenue Station and the Hoyt-Schermerhorn Street Station. Please allow for additional travel time. 3. Downtown trains are running local from the 34th Street-Herald Square Station to the West 4th Street-Washington Square Station. ( train service has been suspended. There is no service in both directions from the Brighton Beach Station to the Bedford Park Boulevard Station. Also, due to signal problems at the Ditmas Avenue Station, please expect delays on the downtown trains at this time. Please allow for additional travel time. I can understand running 'limited' trains with trains running every 15 minutes and even a local. I don't get it either.
