I wonder with these new XD-40s at Eastchester, will the Next Gens bump off the 2 Old Gens at LGA or continue the transfer to JFK via Whitestone Bridge

this is probably a stupid question but does anyone know any of the private lines (green lines, command, triboro, queens surface, etc.) school trippers? making a list of all school trippers for that.

These are some of the ones I remembered.

Q7- Elizabeth Blackwell Middle School (101 Ave & 94th street)

The Q6 as well as the Q8 had this same tripper too but former was eliminated due to distance.

The Q7 used to have trippers Robert Goddard junior High School (Lafayette Street-149th Av)

Q11- Robert Goddard Junior High school tripper still exist today.

Q21 and Q22 - Beach Channel High School and Rockaway Beach JHS (Beach 104th Street & Beach Channel Drive 

Q23 used to have trippers from Forest Hills High School. 

Q25 used to have trips start at Queens College 

Q37 served John Adams High and MS 137 on Rockaway Blvd not too far from the  Rockaway Bl station

Q41 Robert Goddard Junior High School. I believe the Q41 also had trippers from John Adams High.

Q65A (now Q64) used to have a tripper from Parson Blvd and 77th Ave to serve both Robert F Kennedy Community High, & Queens School of Inquiry (forgot it’s original name from back in the days lol). It followed the Q25/Q34 route on Parsons & Kissena Blvd to Jewel Ave and then it ran its regular route to Forest Hills. 
 

Q111/Q113 August Martin High School (Baisley Blvd/157th street) 

Q111/Q113 also had trippers from Springfield Gardens High school (which was eliminated)  

The Q111 still currently serves MS 231 along with the Q77 and Q85 on Springfield Blvd and South Conduit.

(Only 3506 and 3532 have the 2-row seating that's facing the doors)

* The underlined units are pending units that are not used/untouched without a farebox at JFK waiting for further details to retirement:  3560, 3569, 3662, 3667, 3693

Before wrapping up 2023, the MTA gave the NYC bus results: 

- The M15 carries the most passengers up to 16.4 million riders. 

- The B6 carries the most miles from A to B, 1.7 million rev miles.

I've had quite a few like that...OMNY readers are definitely more glitchey than fareboxes. One day last week i caught the same bus to and from the city, and omny reader was broken both ways

Maybe because this is mainly a CS issue but I was so used to fareboxes being broken I was hesitant to start using OMNY. But now it seems the other way around. The farebox almost always works and it’s the OMNY reader that’s broken, but I’ve yet to see it happen at a route for another depo until now.

I've seen it on some MHV and KB units in the past. It's an issue that pops up everywhere, not just the Stengel units.

Yeah....it's pretty prevalent on some of the Manhattan routes I take every night.

It's even more prevalent on SBS routes, where one reader might be broken but others work at other doors

Looking at some of these performance metrics for the year, it seems that farebeating has increased drastically across the subway, bus and railroads. I take an SBS route quite often during the week (the Bx12 SBS) and have never seen any eagle team enforcement. Are they short staffed or is it a "which line has the worst farebeating that we have to deal with" scenario?
