8th Ave Express 168th - chambers

Reason for the express is for smooth operation

 

I would have it go to chambers or south ferry as a local while the goes to 14

 

(4)/(5) will go to flat bush and new lots 24/7

 

To ease congestion on the (4)/(5) have The go to 9th Ave (use the R32s from the the half that's not used) the would be unchanged

 

The would do fine as a local just increase the headways
