When the MTA doesn't even bother to use the switches at 4 Avenue–9 Street during a weekend detour, one wonders if they are even ready for use. No, 730 November Stillwell was stuck in the mess, looking for a lineup that wouldn't line up with that train in the way. I didn't hear the whole thing but for the time I did the tower was unable to raise the BIE train on the radio. Someone else chimed in and suggested it was a Quincy.
