There are no trains between Rockaway Blvd & Howard Beach-JFK. Allow additional travel time. My first alert about this came at 9:17am, with a mechanical problem on train at Clinton-Washington and all uptown ©'s running exp from Broadway Junction. It pulled back onto the express track and went to Manhattan 15 minutes later. Another Coney Island-bound arrived shortly and then at 25 Avenue, a Manhattan-bound local showed up.
