R211 reflected cars that are in service on the Fulton St line:

4040-4059 (2 T trains for the (C)), 

4060-4079, 4090-4149, 4160-4179, 4190-4199 (current total of 12 10-car trains for the (A) ) with 4150-4159, 4180-4189, 4200-4209 (2 trains going testing and 1 train recently delivered). 4080-4089 are out of service for now.

I guess the MTA wants the Jamaica crew to familiarise themselves with the r211's.

We can't rule out the possibility that Jamaica gets a good chunk of the option order of r211's. We just have to wait for the MTA to confirm whether the option orders will go to Concourse/B train or Jamaica.

not how that works, all 211 training is basically done at Pitkin. That is most likely school car just using a 211 over there. OR its a cbtc test train

The thought did cross my mind but I didn't want to speculate without actual proof

I mean, it’s the best place for testing CBTC integration to the 211s at full speed. Sure we can test on yard tracks, but that’s at low speed and nothing beats a 3 mile flat out run to see how it all works together. And our only other option for that would be to wire up the flats and they’re not worth the effort.

Anyways, the current consists are as follows:

4060-4069 (rotated after its anniversary before reconnecting again; pilot consecutive consist)

4070-74 + 4125-29

4075-79 + 4110-14 (NIS as of this week, last seen 6 days ago)

4090-99 (consecutive consist first time after 9 months)

4100-04 + 4130-34

4105-09 + 4190-94

4115-19 (last seen 3 days ago with 4135-39)

4120-24 (NIS; last seen on the 7th with 4110-14 but was rotated)

4140-44 + 4160-64 (rotated after the pilot anniversary and reconnected)

4145-49 + 4165-69 (never separated)

4150-59 standing by for CBTC testing at JAM

4170-79 (consecutive consist; never separated)

4180-89 standby for pre-service evaluations; software updates at PIT.

4195-99 + 4135-39 (current consist as of 3/27)

4200-09 the newest standby with the 4080 and 4180 consists

4210-14 at CIY

The consist for R211T never separated and the SIR units are still awaiting acceptance and the pilot run on hold.
