I see two problems here. First, Carroll isn't a terminal and you can't turn trains there. You need to drop them out at Bergen, run south of the station  to the reverse marker(can't go all the way to Carroll and back) change ends and come back north to Bergen. Secondly, there is no way you are going to be able to turn both (F) and (G) trains making that move unless each line is running on 20 minute or greater headways. A better idea would be to end the (F) at Jay and use Bergen lower to turn them.

Lastly, why are you calling Church-Coney Island service the (V) when it's actually an (F) running in two sections?

The reason for this G.O. is to REDO the entire 75 Av interlocking in order to allow for less bottlenecks, as well as creating more space of higher-speed switches. Currently, 75 Av has space for 11 cars (660 feet), so by shaving 60 feet off the length of the platform and moving/removing some timers and control lines, there will be more space for the switches south of the station.

The G.O. is a good idea, but the timeframe of 2 months is too short- lots of developed area to dig under (assuming cut and cover) in an around QBL.

You are talking about two extra stops which takes less than 5 minutes. The crews would also be able to use a real crew room where more than one person can use the bathroom at a time, as well as a real dispatcher's office with a computer. Also trains at Brighton Beach don't have to relay. This is the third time today where I've responded to a fantasy GO where the author isn't taking relaying time into consideration. You know with GO's like this the road T/O is gonna have to relay one end of the train. So they're gonna be on the train even longer than if you just let them continue to Brighton Beach.

I was trying to avoid having 3 services share the same track, but if each service ran 8 tph, it would be totally possible.  That would still probably be a service cut for the (B) and (D), but would still give through service for 2nd Ave which is an improvement.  Obviously it would be the orange (orangeQ).

For the Astoria shuttle, it would still be able to switch out sets by doing a reverse move in the tunnel to move between Queensboro Plaza and Queens Plaza.  So my updated G.O. is:

Ahh yeah fair enough. You're right about that. You would have to reduce (B)(D) service somewhat and reroute one or two (B) / (D) short-turn trains to 96 St-2 Av (some of the trains that drop out at Bedford Park Blvd / Kingsbridge Rd. to adequately serve 2 Av.

The other crunch would be service from Queens Boulevard into Manhattan.  I think the (M) would need to be increased to 15 tph with the trains that can't fit on the Williamsburg Bridge terminating at 2nd Avenue and using full length trains (replicating the (V)).

I don't know what this MidSouthLink even is, but why would you send the (J) that out of the way? If anything, (J) service would just terminate at Essex Street on the Middle track. There's also no need for the (C) to be relegated to a Brooklyn shuttle. (A)(C) and (F) trains can fit through the Cranberry Street Tunnel on weekends.
