2532 at Charleston. Spotted in Manhattan yesterday on x5 via FDR Drive.

 

 

Stickers? Could be a Yukon run

 

 

The bus in question has charleston stickers. I was driving northbound on FDR.

Bus was traveling southbound on the drive into the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel.

I can confirm this, 2531-2534 are Charleston buses.

I can confirm this, 2531-2534 are Charleston buses.

It's safe to say that Charleston and Yukon will be mostly getting new buses! With some going to Castelton and Meredith Ave.

Which could mean no new express buses for Ulmer Park?

 

Also, will local buses at some point get electronic run numbers or will this be an Express Bus thing for right now.

Ulmer Park is out of the loop, they'll be getting all of Yukon's 2400s.

 

If I recall, the electric runbox was a spec change for the Express Buses, I don't think we'll see these on the local buses just yet, but never say never. Things change at the MTA every so often. Gonna have to wait and see.

Wow so Fresh Pond is getting back their Next Gens since Flatbush is nearly finished with the XD-40 order

 

Shall we say a brief rental for those NG's from FP. However, the 45xx from FP to FB haven't left yet.

 

Also, is it safe to say that FB or another Brooklyn Division could be getting LGA's order since there aren't any rumblings in regards to the (MTA) bus order of XD40's

 

PS: XD60's need to be here soon. The likely hood could be in 2016.

yes that part, I completely forgot about those 4500s 

 

 

Also for the roster, 2428, 2448 is still at Yukon

Highly unlikely as that order is supposed to be for (MTA) Bus however, things could change. Edited by S78 via Hylan
