5039 is a FLA bus that was on loan to UP. It was never permanently assigned  to UP.

yes, but there's a roster and some units are placed in a different spot (like 2876 listed as Charleston)

Pretty sure they would still go there. They more than likely got the NGs to kick out most of the Orion Vs and the Nova order would just finish the job
