Which sucks because it ends up being a double-edged sword because on one hand, you're the one making sure passengers don't end up getting confused and take full advantage of the circumstance on way or another. While on the other, the tower has to figure out whether you're that same train that got rerouted. Communication goes a long way in either scenarios, but personally, passengers still end up either getting confused or angry if they still stuck as an on way or another. Forgive me, but if iTrac knows that train is an , and the tower should be well aware that trains don't run on QBL, then common sense would dictate that the train is an just signed as a to not confuse people, which should be the priority? I mean at this point, being rerouted over the for whatever reason isn't a "rare sight" and any passengers along the line should get used to random popping up.
