Ok, guys, enough of this SS# nonsense already!

My Last Four WAAAYYY higher than 5000 and at same time List # 369.

But let me break some ice here...

I was driving today on Major Deegan with few very nasty passengers when I got a call from 347.

I knew right away who was that. I pulled over and answered the phone.

Gotta report to 180 this Friday at 7:30 for 2nd Drug Test.

@WannaBeMTA12... Looks like they gonna call you tomorrow or maybe after tomorrow.

Finally! Got a call from the MTA today, will report Thursday 7:30 at Livingston for the second drug test. Thank God.

WannabeMTA12 you should get a call any day now. I was in the 320s with also an 86.25, so you should get something very soon.

Very glad finally to go for a second test, hopefully I'll get called very soon for a medical afterwards.

Good luck to you all!

Thanks fellas.

This is a start of "great news"

I say that because this is only our second drug test...nothing more.

I hope HR gets the ball rolling this time with our second drug tests.

Frankly, I'm a lil tired of waiting, Idc what depot I train at....let's just get this show on the road, no pun intended.

Thanks again guys....u guys better wear name tags with your forum username on it so I can sit next to y'all on the training bus lol

Thanks! Like I said, I'll keep you folks informed...

Okay, I just got back from the specialist and unfortunately, I have to get an MRI done and a nerve test. In addition, the specialist is only in his office, which is not that far from where I live, twice a week. Therefore, the earliest I can meet with the specialist, in order to get a clean bill of health is January 24th (Friday). Therefore, I am hoping to be back at Livingston Street on January 27th (Monday) & then be in the February 3rd class.

I know, I am also  :( about this as well. Therefore, I probably will not post anything else as far as how my progress is doing until I get the clean bill of health on January 24th.

I'm jus perplexed on why the mta doc would diagnosis such a serious disease on a random 1st time medical examination

Hey could any guys that went through the 7 day training tell me how many people didnt make it. Im just worried we go through all this waiting and paperwork and then half of the training class fail. I know 3 people that failed the training and two that passed. One guy failed because he was texting behind the wheel, and the other two hit a curb.

Texting behind the wheel? Wow. No offense but they are not the brightest. I think one of the groups that has been called had 43 pass out of 52. If you scroll back you will see.

i thought i was suppose to get residency credit of 5 points for living within the 5 boroughs cause when i took the fdny exam i received 5 extra points and scored a 96 on the exam like 2 years ago

Yeah they don't do that with the MTA. With the FDNY isn't a requirement to live within the 5 boros? MTA I believe is different.
