I still hope the artics are just for the B44 SBS. I know they have better capacity, but 2 artics will replace 3 RTSs and that means bigger gaps b/w buses which is bad during middays when service is already spotty.* Not even getting into traffic issues especially north of the Junction with the B44.

I assume the recent influx of buses to Flatbush is to knock out the 1996 RTSes, but even so, seems odd to me how many buses are being sent over with LFSAs coming not all that long from now.

Who cares; get rid of the 1996 RTS' as soon as possible.

I had two of them last night on the B44 and it pissed me off.

 

9080 (today) & 9082 are possibly the best two I could've driven from that class.

The 8900s were also pretty good. Looking thru my photos, I found I took a pic of 8756 at FB on Feb 5th. Also of the UP transfers, 9383 is the one i've seen the most along with 9659.
