When we lost the in June 2010, the & swapped rolling stock, so the became became 3/4 R160 and 1/4 R68A, While the became strictly R160A/B. Reason for this was because, the was now a full time-Broadway Local from Astoria-Ditmars Blvd to Coney Island, while the was newly extended to Astoria to replace the ; hence, the now has 2 northern terminals, weekdays, Astoria-Ditmars, and nights & weekends-Midtown 57 St/7 Av.
