They however are most likely not painted quite yet and do not have fleet numbers yet but they should be soon and delivered to NYC. Also, all but 2 Nova HEVs have plates which means they are most likely prepped for delivery. No but it did say on CPTDB wiki that 9510-9569 are Allison units and 9570-9619 are bae units.
