New problem:

This is post 2019, meaning that the (T) and (Q) have been built fully.

There are junction problems at Lexingition Ave 63 St forcing the (Q) trains to go via the (F).

Also, there are major problems in downtown Manhattan as follows:

Due to police investigation at 33rd St all the way down to 14 St, (6) trains are forced to terminate at Grand Central.

Due to debris falling onto the track, there is no (1)(2)(3) service between Times Square 42 St and Chambers Street.

Due to a medical emergency at 34 Street Hudson Yardsand a stalled train at Grand Central (7) trains terminate at Queensboro Plaza.

There are 2 stalled trains in the (S) shuttle as there is no power to the shuttle.

Due to power problems, the following changes are in affect:

There is no (1) service between 168 St And 242 St. There is no (2) service between 242 St and E.180 St. There is no (4) service between Woodlawn and Burnside Ave. There is no (5) service.

Extra:

There are problems at Hanover Square forcing (T) trains to go on the southbound track.

Reroute/Suspend

Since no one else bit (I'm taking some liberties on this):

Do note that in 2019, only Phase 1 will be running, so there is no (T).

(M) is re-routed to the (F) after 47th-50th Street and runs at all times to 96th Street/2nd Avenue (all times, including weekends and overnights)
(Q) is re-routed to the (R) after 57th Street to 71st-Continental to replace the (M) in Queens (except overnights when it runs to 57th/7th).

As for the Bronx/Upper Manhattan power problems north of 180th Street and the other IRT issues:

(1) runs in two sections:

181St Street-96th Street (there is enough power for the (1) to go to 181)
(Note: Terminates on Southbound express track and runs express northbound between 96th and 137th Street, skipping those stations in that direction).

As a shuttle between Chambers Street and South Ferry.

Single track shuttle operates on the southbound local track between 96th Street and Times Square in both directions.

(2) runs Chambers Street-Flatbush Avenue ONLY!!

(3) runs 148th Street-72nd Street ONLY!!
(Note: Southbound runs express on uptown express track between 96th and 72nd Street, northbound runs on uptown local track, stopping at 79th and 86th Street)

(4) runs in two sections:
Burnside Avenue-Grand Central
Brooklyn Bridge (uptown express track)-New Lots Avenue to replace the (3) in Brooklyn

(5) runs East 180th Street-Grand Central ONLY!!

(6) runs to/from 59th Street ONLY!!

Single track shuttles operate on both local tracks between Brooklyn Bridge and 14th Street.

(7) runs between Hunterspoint Avenue and Main Street ONLY with LIMITED service to/from Vernon-Jackson Avenues.

NEXT:

Returning to the present day, a water main break at 61st and Lexington is playing major havoc with ALL of the subway lines in the vicinity, knocking out the Lexington Avenue line and lines coming from and going to the 60th and 63rd Street tunnels.  Simultaneously, broken rails between the 50th Street (lower level) and 53rd/7th Avenue stations on the 8th Avenue line has made it impossible for trains to access the 53rd Street tunnel to Queens from there.

Reroute/suspend.

what if the (JFK) returned and followed the (A) to inwood-207th street with the R46 instead of the retired R44

(A): All trains goes to/from Ozone Park.

Late night, (A) train runs local.

(JFK): All Rockaways trains replaced by (JFK) and runs via (A) making express stop 24-hour between Inwood-207th St and Far Rockaway. Fare will be same fare as regular NYC Subway fare.

Due to a water main break at 57 St - 5 Ave, there are no (Q)(N)(W) Trains.

Reroute/Suspend

Already did this one previously as part of an earlier scenario, and I'm going to assume for this purpose such ALSO affects 6th Avenue/57th (which is roughly the same distance as the Broadway line is there):

(F) runs via 53rd Street in Manhattan and via the (M) to Queens Plaza before resuming regular route.

Select (F) trains run via the (G) between Queens Plaza and Bergen Street.

(M) is re-routed via the Nassau Street Line, Montauge Tunnel and 4th Avenue to 95th Street-Bay Ridge to replace the (R) in Brooklyn.

(N) runs in two sections

Stillwell Avenue-Coney Island to Whitehall Street (via the Tunnel)

Lexington Avenue-60th Street to Ditmars Boulevard in Astoria.

(Q) is re-routed via the tunnel to replace the (N) and (R) in Manhattan and 63rd Street and runs via that to 179th Street to replace the (M) in Queens starting with 36th Street.

(R) runs Lexington Avenue-60th Street to 179th Street ONLY! (Extended to 179th Street in Queens)

Think I did this one before, but here goes (this one assumes an extended police activity that will take several hours):

There are two separate (A) trains:
Lefferts Boulevard trains run normal route EXCEPT for running via Rutgers between West 4th and Jay Street.
Far Rockaway trains run between there and High Street ONLY!!

Both branches run local in Brooklyn.

Far Rockaway passengers are asked to EITHER switch between (A) trains anywhere between Jay St and Rockaway Boulevard OR:
If at 14th Street, take the (L) train to Broadway Junction
If at West 4th (or on 6th Avenue to start), take the (M) train to Broadway Junction

(C) runs Chambers Street-168th Street ONLY!!

(J)(Z) terminate at Chambers Street

(2) runs in two sections:
241st Street-South Ferry (1) station (Trains DO STOP at South Ferry where only the first five cars open)
Wall Street (4) station in Manhattan-Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn
Trains run local between Chambers Street and Times Square

(3) runs 148th Street and Chambers Street with LIMITED service to Park Place.

(4) runs in two sections:
Woodlawn-Grand Central
Wall Street-New Lots Avenue (replacing the (3) in Brooklyn, running local)

(5) runs Dyre Avenue-Brooklyn Bridge ONLY (Note: Uptown trains run local south of Grand Central)
