The signal problem is that bad.the only thing I can think of is that they are terminating some trains at Church Ave which is delaying trains also. the trains are turning in 18th Middle, track M I think.Church Relay is out of service.Track workers have been working there since July. As an alternate for southbound service shuttle buses are available at Hunts Point Av. As an alternate for northbound service customers can transfer at 149 St-Grand Concourse to the train. Announcements said there would be no service between 57th Street and Ditmars, but trains kept on chugging along.
