Eric B Posted February 18, 2009 Share #14 Posted February 18, 2009 Always would wonder what things would look like if we didn't have daylight like on the moon (atmosphere scattering the blue rays and blocking the clear view of the blackness of space). Why did it do that? Was that deliberate for a stylized look? If so, what's it called?
metsfan Posted February 18, 2009 Share #15 Posted February 18, 2009 Always would wonder what things would look like if we didn't have daylight like on the moon (atmosphere scattering the blue rays and blocking the clear view of the blackness of space). Why did it do that? Was that deliberate for a stylized look? If so, what's it called? Monotone. There is grey monotone, and sepia. Of course you can have other colors, but those 2 are the traditional film types, but now you got digital, so effect had to be added. You can still buy sepia and grayscale film. - A

The EXIF shows 17mm focal length...14-24mm? I used the Nikon 17-35 f2.8, which is my wide lens. No 14-24 in my near future, probably not distant either lol
