I mean… strictly speaking that still falls under equal employment rules. Basically the primary rule of thumb is “does it affect your ability to work safely?” Your tattoo is really no different than the nice fellow conductor I’ve met in passing with Vitiligo on his face. It might get you stared at by passengers and a few jerks in the crew rooms, but it’s otherwise not a risk management has to worry about. (In case anyone is wondering, vitiligo is the skin condition where patches of the skin lose pigmentation. It’s what Michael Jackson had) -

lot of us down here are tatted as long as it isnt a stupid or vulgar tattoo you should be fine
