Dickey will be the first pitcher, that I know of, to never require it. He was born without the UCL, a ligament in the elbow. Almost every pitcher that has had TJ surgery had a worn-out or torn UCL.

In general, disagreement in communities (both offline and online) will lead to some people falling out of common interest either temporary or sometimes even indefinitely. Not to say that the group of members as a whole were responsible for such, though it does happens and personally I do not see such as a basis for criticism, at least in my opinion.

On the same token if I lost interest in a certain interest or subject I would not cast any amount blame on members of the respective community.

The NHL wants to keep the Coyotes in Phoenix and has been running the team because of this. I wouldn't be so sure of a relocation just yet unless all options are exhausted. Atlanta didn't want the Thrashers. Phoenix wants the Coyotes. The issue here is getting an owner with money.

Well I would find it funny if the coyotes ends up being moved. Maybe if they leave the NHL could move the thrashers to Phoenix?
