rmcconnell Posted June 3, 2009 Share #52 Posted June 3, 2009 Since 2005, I've been using a Nikon D50 DSLR. I currently use the Sigma 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3, Nikkor 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6, and Sigma 30mm f/1.4 HSM lenses. Edit: the second one was a 70-300mm lens, not a 70-400mm... Joe Posted June 3, 2009 Share #53 Posted June 3, 2009 The 70-300 and dirty thirty are both excellent lenses. Was thinking about picking up the 70-300 myself (the 80-200 f/2.8 is a monster to carry around).

mark1447 Posted November 21, 2009 Share #65 Posted November 21, 2009 All camera makers are constantly releasing new cameras... True that! Almost every week, new camera, new features.. Sucks a bit because of something good comes out later and you buy one now, then what?.. Oh well you can get it in very future... On the other hand my latest Camera: KODAK Z1485 IS with HD: More info: http://store.kodak.com/store/ekconsus/en_US/pd/Z1485_IS_Digital_Camera__Black/productID.145102300 5X Opitcal + 5x Digital Zooms, 14MP, HD Photos/Video, Image Stabilization(IS), etc.. Grand Concourse Posted November 21, 2009 Share #66 Posted November 21, 2009 I know the feeling, the very moment you get the 'top of the line' model, a few months if not weeks down the road, they bring out a newer one and your new camera is dated and now selling for much less. This is another reason why I don't bother buying new cameras as often and still preferring to hold on to the older ones as long as possible. SoSpectacular Posted November 22, 2009 Share #67 Posted November 22, 2009 I use my Sidekick '08 for most pictures (although I have a Nikon Coolpix 5600) as I'm more into videos. I use my Canon DC310 camcorder for all my recordings. It gets the job done nicely!

Bockscar Posted November 29, 2009 Share #72 Posted November 29, 2009 Currently I'm using a Fuji finepix s1000fd -10 megapixels -12x optical zoom -10 preset shooting modes, along with manual setttings Takes decent pictures though some outside of the macro mode can be somewhat grainy I'd like to upgrade to a Canon Rebel Xsi.
