JG has about 190 or so C40's that need to be retired, plus the Orion V's they still have.

 

They are not retiring all 190 , they are just doing some of the lower 800's , 800 & 801 are the only 98 models . Most 800's that are being retired and some 900's they are going into storage at east Chester they will not be scrapped .

4008 is at Yukon. Spotted this morning in Bay Ridge on the S79 still with CAS stickers. 4010 I'm assuming is at Yukon too because it was on the S44/S94 and I discovered it using Bustime. It looks like Castleton might send their remaining NG's to Yukon.

 

There goes the buses that were heading to Fresh Pond. Looks like all 39xx + 40xx buses are staying on the island. Is 3999 still at Charleston?

I believe 3999 is still there. Again using Bustime, I found it running on the S74 yesterday.

Those are being sent to Spring Creek.

9834, 9864, 9911 are there right now as we speak.

More are enroute as they (JG) make room for their 2nd batch.

Not sure about 5825, but 5827 just came in tonight.

 

Looks like JG is in the process in receiving their 2nd batch of buses. The NF delivery is going pretty fast! WF is almost finished receiving theirs.

Give or take another 2 weeks for JG's next shipment.

 

WF is less than half-way in receiving its buses; delivery has actually slowed down a bit.

Some of the current C40's may be heading to E'Chester for scrapping/storage.

Ok folks, I just got back from ECH UGH!!! 01/28/12 ECH scrap: 8837, 9007, 9109, 9184, 9234, 8820, 8901, 9116, 9135. On a seperate note: At ECH storage/NOT scrap: 8775, 8805, 8847, 8908, 8946, 8973, 8979. There may be a few more for the non scrap I ll get back to you on that.
