paulrivera Posted January 3, 2013 Share #626 Posted January 3, 2013 I'm not sure if subway time would always catch on to trains running local unplanned. It did last week during the winter storm. and trains were showing at local stations north of Grand Central and and trains were showing at local stops between Times Square and 96 St.

paulrivera Posted January 7, 2013 Share #632 Posted January 7, 2013 4th Avenue wouldnt be able to handle 5 lines during rush hour. There's always the between Atlantic and Franklin then the Franklin Avenue shuttle to Prospect Park. If it was the 80's, those shuttles wouldve ran straight through Franklin all the way to Stillwell, but for obvious reasons along the shuttle line, that's not practical today.
