That bus has been there for 3 weeks now.

Yeah, they always drive the buses back here to 126th. And we can always tell when It's a MHV driver (or anyone else not from this depot) because they can't make the turn into the fuel station without backing up first.

Oh.....I wasn't aware. I too thought it was done for. In any case, Its replacing 8925 which has been stripped for scrap.

9487 is today's Mannyville RTS loaner, running on the M2 for a change (which I like).

9414 is at ENY, has up stickers. It just passed on the B83 I missed it by a few seconds

Well, this could mean what I've been thinking for a while: the higher 9600s are likely going to be moved out with the arrival of the lower 9600s and upper 9300/9500s.

 

I still see the older RTSs at FB like 9079 today.

8990 was the MHV loaner today, ran on the M10 for a change. Haven't seen an RTS on the M10 in years, nice surprise.

 

Up to 5878 at Tuskegee now, except for the CS bus still out on loan I believe.

Well, this could mean what I've been thinking for a while: the higher 9600s are likely going to be moved out with the arrival of the lower 9600s and upper 9300/9500s.

 

I still see the older RTSs at FB like 9079 today.

 

 

I was in queens the other day QV still has 9620-9621, 9624, 9626-9632. Those may get sent to FB, while the higher 96xx buses head to ENY. There are also 50xx buses that may head to ENY. Right now 5039-5046 are there.

Most likely. ENY's fleet age is pretty old and it doesn't look like they are getting any new buses anytime soon.

Now that's a surprise, came outta nowhere! But I'm always happy for Quill to take on new RTSes... [Wonder if we'll ever get the 5190s back.] Gotta say I don't understand the FB moves, is it giving up the "new" RTSes to take on older ones until the LFSAs show up?

 

Also minor transfer, a few OGs just came back from Zerega (6377) among them, and that's put a halt on the loaner RTSes for now.
