Additional: If you need help getting your Class B Commercial Learner's Permit (CLP), I would encourage you to check out cristcdl.com. Remember, the multiple-choice exams that you need to take and pass, at minimum, are General Knowledge, Air Brakes and Passenger Endorsement.

So after getting that garbled voicemail from an MTA number, I’ve called the pre-employment number like 20 times and it just continues to ring. I then called the main office at 2 Broadway and guess what…HR isn’t available to speak to. So the person took down my information and told me I’d get a call back…that was 2 weeks ago.

Good afternoon.  Did you get a call back yet?  If not just keep sending emails to different people over there to get their attention.  When my sister use to be on my back I use to get mad at her, but I realize you have have to be persistent when it comes to have someone respond to you.  I even emailed the big boss and I got an email that same day short while after.

So I have no idea what TA is doing but I give up at this point. I got another call from an MTA number and same thing - static voicemail. And still no email reply from the exam unit.

They complain they have no drivers, but can't even respond to a simple email from someone who WANTS to be a driver for them.

Good evening, I guess that’s what I have to do. I’m trying to be patient but like you said I have to be more persistent. I feel like I’m so close. Like they are short, and a bus drive was complaining today about that. So what is the hold up? Thank again Kennedy and Andy as well.

Don’t give up at all.  Email the big boss.  He does not respond but I’m sure he forwarding it to the right person.
