I know the TA dosent always have a set mind but it seems a bit early to be moving around the newest LFS.

I believe its to balance out 8120-8123, the original plan, Charleston is about to be all LFS for the local fleet, there's about 10 Next Generation Hybrid buses at the depot. 

 

Both of them have Charleston decals now.
