ECH only needed 24-25 buses for regular service. The rest weren't needed, and ENY has 96's to get rid of eventually too.

And okay, cool about 5172.

Wow never would've thought flatbush would be getting rid of there RTS so quick. They were the only all RTS Depot in brooklyn up until NG's in 08.
