It was parked on Track 16 this morning. It was the  first bus on the track when I pulled in. I took a photo of it.

Nice spotting. Saw 7355 for the last time yesterday on the B46 local and now it’s a Ulmer Park bus. Hope Ulmer Park is slowing retiring those RTS since Flatbush isn’t sending enough RTS out.

Maybe Flatbush doesn't want to let go of those RTS buses.

I guess the way things are going there. Looks like they want to keep the best RTS buses. But that’s most of the Brooklyn Division. FP went all hybrid not too long ago. Hopefully FB can send some to FP.

FB wants to keep the best RTS buses with them? If so, why weren't the worst ones transferred as the new XD40 buses bump the old ones off of B46 SBS service?

Its on the Q15A right now, so that unit was most likely there for one of the school runs on one of the QV routes.

Sir. I wish I had a magic wand for this. However, I don’t know. I think that’s a question to be posed by the Department of Buses. 

As this was explained on Thursday/Friday was that the 73xx buses are 3 yrs old and some have not generated enough mileage. These moves right now are for those reasons. Who knows those 73xx buses may go back to Flatbush Avenue

7647 and 7659 soon to arrive at the airport acceptance yard. Both are in full SBS scheme -- spotted them on the long, slow drive on I-80 yesterday afternoon. Pictures to come.

They don't, but unfortunately they have to...

I was just at UP with my RTS and I was talking about operations with the guys a few days before. Most vets (but not all) want them to stay. They were made for routes like the B6. 20 XD's plus new ones are headed to UP.

From my understanding the 73XX are going to UP which would retire the some of their RTS and when UP get their new 76's or 77's the rest of the RTS will retire from UP. Rumors are going around the B46SBS are going Artic and FB suppose to transfer out the 53's and getting the 61's and the 76's will go to local service which will retire their RTS.
