When's the best time to catch an Orion V CNG on the (A) shuttle?

I took it the shuttle just that one time I went there, so I don't the frequency. But I did notice that they came in bunches. If it helps, looking at the timestamp of my photos, #9920 and #9967 came around 12:00 P.M., and I saw three on the way back, around 3:30 P.M.
