that run 309 is a Hale run... specifically, run 309 on the m35.

100 street's run 309 (from the m31) doesn't currently interline with the m35, and didn't in the past. going forward, m35 runs (runs 301-309) are all assigned to OF (hale). 100 street will still loan units to hale for the 35 as they've done over the past few years.

This is my own speculation but I wouldn’t be surprised if MTA Bus received those 2011 LFS’s from JA and QV. 
MTA Bus from the last I’ve heard is suppose to get brand new LFS’s of their own so I don’t think it’s far fetched to think that they will get those buses to become familiar with the LFS.

Was those 2011 LFS federal funded ? If not then I can see that happening especially if NYCT has a surplus of buses

Not for MTABC though. They don’t get an LFS unless if they use for training on getting their own, but who needs training when they almost have the same steering as RTS buses before them
